From the seller: “HONDA GL1500 – K GOLDWING MOTORCYCLE
This is a Red 1989 Honda GL1500 – K Goldwing Motorcycle.
It is being sold as a Restoration Project Barn Find – complete but in pieces.
It has been running as previous keeper had a load of work done – ultrasonically cleaned carbs and some engine oil seals but I am selling it as a restoration project as there is no battery and it has been stood a few months and there are a lot of parts in boxes.
Front fork oil seals replaced and it has had a new rear tyre fitted.
There is also a New Unused Rear Tyre to go with the auction – Bridgestone Exedra G702 Size 160 / 80 x 16
There is some rust on the frame so please remember this when bidding as motorcycle is over 30 years old – the overall condition of all the panels / fairings / plastics is good for over 30 years on the road.
I have V5 Registration Log Book & 1 x key & old Mot Certificates going back to 2009.”
