Barn Find 1971 Honda ST70 Dax Monkeybike

If you’re looking for a quirky little project, this Honda Dax ST70 may be right up your street.

Often copied, but never really bettered, this particular Honda ST70 has been laid-up since 2013. The DVLA website indicates that its tax actually expired in 1988!

The seller states that the engine turns over, but the bike has no battery and the fuel lines are perished.

From the various photos in the eBay listing, this bike looks in fantastically good nick for 50-years old. I was born in the same year an I can assure you that I don’t look that good!

Road-registered mini-bikes always seem to attract a fair amount of attention when they come up for sale and this one is no exception. Bidding has already started strongly and we’re excited to see how much it sells for.
