It’s a story you often hear with bike restorations; they get started and then life just gets in the way and they get forgotten about. That certainly seems to be the case with this old Norton.
That said, the seller does state that the engine underwent a full rebuild before the old girl was tucked away in a corner. Surely, she’ll just need a carp rebuild and she’ll fire straight up, yeah? If only life were that simple….although, potentially, it could be!
There’s little in the way of description on this listing, but some pretty good photos. One comforting factor is that the seller does state that they are going to let the auction run until the end, so it’s well worth adding to your Ebay ‘Watch List’.
