1978 Suzuki AP50 – recently restored

It looks like the seller has thought of everything here and, although this bike has not been MOT’d since they bought it in 1994, it shouldn’t take too much now to have it back on the road.

From the seller: “Bike has had frame,centre stand and side stand, air filter box, rear brake rod, speedometer bracket and battery box have all been stripped and powder coated.

Bike has new tank, blemish free inside and out

Complete Suzuki genuine swinging arm

Replacement speedometer, great condition but shows different mileage as in picture.

New footrests

New air filter

New spark plug

New Suzuki genuine wiring loom

New Suzuki genuine ignition barrel with 2 keys.

New rear mudguard

Engine rebuild with all new seals including new bottom end bearing and small end bearings, piston and rings.

Separate keys for both helmet lock and steering lock, and petrol cap.

Tyres are old but serviceable

Engine has not run since rebuild, piston will require running in.”
