This Lambretta LD looks like it would make a great winter project and the vendor has listed it well. Take a look and see if you could squeeze it into your workshop…
From the seller: “Here we have an LD150 Mk2 Lambretta 1956 found in a barn some years ago. It is fitted with a Mk3 engine.
The frame number is 19215* which according to reference tables was built in 1956.
The engine number is 31599* which according to reference tables was built in 1958.
When first found the scooter was incomplete and so many parts have been loosely added to try to make as complete as possible.
It has no piston and so the engine does rotate freely. It also has no centre stand. Other small items may also be missing but what you see is what you get.
Clearly this scooter will require a full strip down and rebuild and is the basis of a good useable scooter.
Maybe good for a coming winter restoration project.”
