From the seller: “Been sat in dry storage for many years.

Item is not running, engine turns with compression.

Can be pedaled easily and brakes seem to work

Being sold as is, I have not tried to apply for no plate, so anybody’s guess if you can get it, as this Cornish reg would be desirable.
