After importing it in 2012 it was stripped down completely to the frame. Frame was checked ok and re-sprayed light grey. New fork bearings,all new control cables,it was re-wired to suit new layout of electrical items, new engine mounts, new rear spring/shock, fuel tank mod. includes flip top cap and low fuel warning light.
Engine re-built: BEEDSPEED 200cc alloy barrel/head conversion. CDI ignition. AC/DC dual output up-rated generator fitted. Keihin OKO 28mm carb and inlet fitted. Custom exhaust made from Kawasaki system (nice & quiet for comfortable cruising).
Drive ratio changed to 17 tooth sprocket (higher ratio).
All panel work that I had was replaced in its wonderful ratty finish(!)
Old fibreglass fairing (and small screen) ‘engineered’ into place. This incorporates a new ‘dashboard’ now available for the inclusion of a SAT NAV, USB power out socket, GPS SPEEDO, DUMMY 8track player, cubby holes for storage etc. Also included is a 40 channel CB RADIO with correct ground plane antenna for motorcycles. There is a 12v battery installed in box beneath the seat.
Other instruments include working exhaust gas temp gauge and battery voltage gauge.
The air horns are disguised as a trumpet (yes really)….” and lots more!
